Hello, new Freeport High School Student and Parent/Guardian!

Please see below for registration requirements:

1.      Download the following forms and complete.

2.      Please scan or take a clear picture of the following:
*Copy of birth certificate

*Proof of Residency
*ID of parent or guardian enrolling student
*Guardianship paperwork, if applicable
*Current physical (from in state or out of state, in state physical will need to be completed within 30 days of registering)
*Florida Certification of Immunization

3.      Email Celeste Goodwin, Registrar, all required paperwork

*If you would like to come in person to register, registration is handled on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:00-1:00.
